About the speakers
Dr Ian Marr is an Infectious diseases specialist currently based in Canberra hospital. He has worked extensively in providing medical care and education to low- and middle-income countries such as East Timor. He has been integral in expanding the UK sponsored antimicrobial resistance project Fleming Fund in Timor-Leste together with the Menzies School Health Research.
