Dr William Huang graduated with multiple degrees from the University of Sydney. His first Fellowship was in Rural and Remote Medicine. In the Australian Army Dr Huang served in Combat services support. Deploying to East Timor and exchanging with the US Military. Post his retirement from the Army Dr Huang had tenure in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Sydney. After studying cognitive behavioural therapy at the NSW Institute of psychiatry, Dr Huang entered the RACPs Chapter of addiction medicine Fellowship program. He qualified and has practiced in this field since 2012.
