ANU Graduate Recognised

ANU graduate, Dr Danielle Dries was among the largest number of Indigenous graduates recognised at the Australian Indigenous Doctor’s Association (AIDA) Gala Dinner in September. Of the 35 Indigenous medical students who graduated across Australia in 2016, 21 of these graduates attended the dinner where they were presented with their hand painted stethoscopes.  Danielle is currently undertaking her Internship with ACT Health in Canberra.

Danielle was presented with her stethoscope by AIDA patron, Nova Peris and was congratulated by three of AIDA’s Past Presidents, Dr Louis Peachey; Dr Tammy Kimpton and Professor Helen Milroy.
