Closing the Gap - Big Mother's Day Card

Artwork

This Mother's Day Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG)

is launching a new action campaign to close the gap in maternal health for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women.

As part of the launch, we are asking as many Australians as possible to sign the national Mother's Day card to Indigenous Mums.

By adding your name below, you join me and RANZCOG, in making a commitment to Closing The Gap in Indigenous health.

You will be able to add your name to the Big Mother's Day Card up until 31 May 2017. We will then collate all the signatures and incorporate them into the featured artwork. This art will be presented to the Hon Ken Wyatt, Minister for Indigenous Health, as a representation of collective action and support for Indigenous and Torres Strait mums and their babies.

Don't forget to keep up with all the latest updates by following us on Facebook and Twitter, or by searching the hashtag #RANZCOGaction.

Here's to better health for all Australian women.

Professor Steve Robson, President RANZCOG
